I was watching the Cooking Channel yesterday during lunch and I saw this recipe Bobby Flay was making. I am thinking of making these this weekend. I like the fact that the cream cheese topping for the pancakes doesn’t have any powdered sugar, but contains maple syrup instead. I absolutely cannot stand when icing on cakes or cupcakes contain powdered sugar – it makes the icing taste gritty – in my opinion.
