Ok, so class started, and I have a boat load of homework already, but I could not resist sharing this easy recipe with you. A great way to beat the summer heat and SUPER healthy. Guess what? There is only ONE ingredient…that’s right…ONE, ready? Here it is!
- 1 Organic Seedless Watermelon
What You’ll Need
- Popsicle sticks
- Tall glass or container
Take the watermelon and cut out large chunks, discard the rind. Stick a Popsicle stick through each piece of the watermelon, place in a tall glass/container, so that the “Popsicles” are standing up, freeze for a few hours. Remove from freezer, enjoy!
Told ya this was easy! No extra calories, no added sugar, and best of all no baking! Kids will love it!
