So I was in the mood for something spicy today. Well, I usually don’t like spicy foods, but sometimes I get a craving for “mild” spicy something. So I recently started watching this new cooking show by Rachael Ray on the Cooking Channel, called Week in a Day. And she was making Louisiana Style Shrimp, and since I had all of the ingredients in the house I thought, why not, I’ll give it a try.
The dish turned out great, I did however omit the Chile pepper and the hot sauce, but you are welcome to add it to the dish if you like things spicy.
